Tracy Finn has spent more than twenty years helping organizations grow through marketing, business development, and relationships built by showing up and following through.

She spent eleven years as Director of Marketing for Chicago Rehabilitation Services, running it as if it were her own, learning healthcare from the inside, and seeing the organization through its full EMR transformation around 2008. She went on to lead business development at Gibson Electric & Technology Solutions, working deep inside Chicago’s construction industry. She learned the politics, the unions, the way decisions actually get made, and when to speak and when to listen.

Negotiation is one of her greatest strengths. Along the way she has negotiated with vendors on the buyer’s side of the table, managed projects end to end, invested in ventures she believes in, and gained trusted partners she still works with today. Her focus today is healthcare, security, safety, and rehabilitation, all of it grounded in technology.

For six years she was an Account Manager at Proven IT, advising businesses on managed print, IT services, and office technology.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Governors State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List.
