What we collect

Through the contact form, we collect only what you choose to send us: your name, email address and message, and, if you add them, your company, phone number and who referred you.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, their general location and type of device, and which links to partner websites are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not receive what you type into the contact form, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server records, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site secure and running. To stop spam, the contact form keeps a scrambled (hashed) record of the sending address for one hour.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Who handles it

Your message is delivered by email to our business inbox. Our website hosting and business email providers process it on our behalf to deliver and store it. Google processes website usage information for our analytics. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, for example when you ask for an introduction to a partner, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as they are useful for our conversation, any work we do together and our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@eliteboutiquegroup.com and we will respond promptly.

Sensitive information

Please do not send medical, financial or other sensitive personal details through the contact form. If your inquiry involves sensitive information, tell us that, and we will arrange a more appropriate way to discuss it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (https), and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
